For custom orders, advance payment is required. The balance must be paid before shipping or on delivery (as per terms shown at checkout).
Refund & Replacement Policy
We ensure products are carefully checked before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must inform us within 2 days of delivery.
We will replace the product at no extra cost.
No cash refunds or exchanges are offered. Only replacements are provided.
