At Easy Creation, we take great care to ensure that all products are delivered in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of:
Manufacturing defects
Damage during transit
Delivery of the wrong item
you may request a replacement or return within 2 days of receiving the product. Once the issue is verified, we will replace the item(s) at no additional cost.
Please note: We do not provide cash refunds or product exchanges.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Products are generally shipped within 3 days of booking, unless communicated otherwise.
No cancellation is allowed after 1 day of booking.
Items found defective, damaged during transit, or wrongly delivered will be replaced at no extra cost.
